Totems

My series of totems draws its inspiration from the captivating world of rock cairns, a form of stacked rocks that I first encountered in the breathtaking landscapes of Sedona, Arizona. This series comprises several distinct themes, each embodying its own unique character. From the black and white totems, where nature's shapes and textures take on a modern twist, to the ceramic rock cairns that capture the essence of river rocks, jasper, and agate through a spectrum of beautiful glazes, my passion for collecting rocks since childhood is vividly expressed. The ocean-inspired totems offer a range of unique shells, skillfully wheel-thrown and transformed to bring the essence of these environments to life. Each totem within this series is a one-of-a-kind piece, reflecting the beauty and diversity of nature.
